Vintage 80s deep v neck cardigan in a taupe grey boucle knit. It has two buttons at the waist for closure, and knit shoulder pads for a puff sleeve style. Based on the sizing, it seems like it is meant to fit with the waistband hitched up at your high waist, creating a blouson effect.
